REKITSEN - RD is biological active food additive, being a product of a non-alcoholic fermentation of wheaten bran by wine yeast. REKITSEN - RD possesses the expressed adsorptive properties, binds toxic agents of a microbial and nonmicrobial origin and eliminates intoxication caused by infections, oncological, allergic diseases, radiation and alcohol. REKITSEN - RD can be effective at poisoning by derivatives of mercury, lead, arsenic and strontium.
The application of REKITSEN RD during a month normalizes intestinal microflora at dysbacteriosis suppressing the growth of opportunistic and pathogenic microorganisms and promoting the development of normal intestinal microflora.
The major component of REKITSEN RD is wine yeast (Saccharomyces vini). RIDOSTIN is an interferon inductor received on the basis of two spirals RNA of wine yeast, possessing antiviral activity and immunomodulating action. It is established, that the application of REKITSEN -- RD during a month at infections and immunodeficiency increases the concentration of antibodies, eliminates the lymphoadenopathy and normalizes the concentration of proinflammatory cytokine IL-1 beta without essential change of IL-4 level in blood serum.
The mechanisms of anti-inflammatory and immunotropic effects of REKITSEN • RD have a complex character. First, the application of REKITSEN RD reduces the toxic influence of microbial and nonmicrobial agents. Second, the restoration of intestinal biocenosis results in the decrease of antigen pressing on immune system, the reduce of intoxication, the normalization of digestion, the restoration of vitamin balance and the creation of optimal conditions for actions of lymphoid cells of intestinal mucous. Thirdly, the strengthening of humoral immunity stimulates the effects mentioned above. Fourthly, the anti-inflammatory potential of cytokine systems increases.
Taking into account the mechanisms of REKITSEN - RD actions, this remedy is widely applied in complex and monotherapy of gastrointestinal and stomatologic inflammatory diseases (gastritis, ulcer disease, cholecystitis, hepatitis, enterocolitis, colitis), infectious diseases (dysentery, salmonellosis, tuberculosis) and infectious syndrome combined with immune insufficiency, allergic diseases, intoxications of a microbic and nonmicrobic origin, at states connected with the influence on an organism unfavorable ecological factors and pollution.
